821. Deputy Louise O'Reilly asked the Minister for Health the number of persons on the waiting list for occupational therapy at Portiuncula Hospital, Ballinasloe. [15679/18]

Reducing waiting times for hospital procedures is a key priority of this Government.

In Budget 2018 a total of €55 million was allocated to the National Treatment Purchase Fund (NTPF) to improve access and reducing waiting time for inpatient and day-case procedures.

In relation to this particular query, as this is a service matter, I have asked the HSE to respond to the Deputy directly.
