135. Deputy Gino Kenny asked the Minister for Health the rights a person has when a general practitioner patient dispute occurs; if there are procedures in place to resolve these disputes; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [16833/18]

Deputy Gino Kenny asked the Minister for Health his plans to ensure that general practitioner patients have full rights and protection in patient-general practitioner disputes including a right to challenge a general practitioner decision and to protect their good name, especially in relation to sourcing another general practitioner; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
