279. Deputy Tom Neville asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine if persons (details supplied) in County Kerry are eligible under the young farmers scheme; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [17256/18]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe persons named were successful applicants under the 2017 Young Farmers Scheme and received payment in December 2017. As they both commenced farming in 2013 they are also eligible to apply for continued participation in the Young Farmers Scheme in 2018.
