Durkan asked the Minister for Employment Affairs and Social Protection if the level of income derived from rental property will be reviewed in a jobseeker's allowance level of payment in view of the nature of their particular circumstances in the case of a person (details supplied); and if she will make a statement on the matter. If the person concerned has had any change in circumstance they should contact their local Intreo Centre and provide documentation to support a review of their claim.
