221. Deputy Seán Haughey asked the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform if parkland (details supplied) was disposed of by Dublin City Council to the OPW in 1986; when the disposal will be finalised; if the OPW will clean the area which is to the north west of the national monument; and if he will make a statement on the matter. It is my understanding that the area in question is currently still in the ownership of Dublin City Council and it is therefore a matter for the Council to clean and maintain this area.
