307. Deputy Thomas P. Broughan asked the Minister for Business, Enterprise and Innovation the number of vacant posts in the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission; when these posts will be filled; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [23332/18]
Amharc ar fhreagraI understand that the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission currently has 10 vacant posts. Seven of these 10 vacancies are due to be advertised in the next 4 weeks and recruitment will begin as soon as practicable thereafter. The sanction to fill the other three posts has not yet been requested.
