Deputy Imelda Munster asked the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport to set out in tabular form the number of taxi licence holders who have completed form S15N and the section 15 nomination process in each of the years 2014 to 2017; and the number of taxi licence holders by county. Amharc ar fhreagraThe regulation of the small public service vehicle (SPSV) industry, including the administration of the section 15 nomination process and the licensing of vehicles, is a matter for the National Transport Authority (NTA) under the provisions of the Taxi Regulation Act 2013.
