Deputy Joan Collins asked the Minister for Health further to Parliamentary Question No. 221 of 1 May 2018, the reason for the inpatient day case action plan failure to provide the NTPF scheme to patients who are transferred from waiting lists in one hospital to another hospital; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
