977. Deputy Charlie McConalogue asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine the status of an appeal under the beef data and genomics programme for a person (details supplied) in County Donegal; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [24889/18]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe Agriculture Appeals Office has confirmed that an appeal was received from the person concerned relating to the Beef Data and Genomics Programme. The Appeals Office has advised that the Appeals Officer assigned to the case has made a decision on the appeal and the decision letter issued to the appellant on 22 May 2018.
