Deputy Éamon Ó Cuív asked the Minister for Justice and Equality his plans to change the conditions applying to a stamp 0 visa for persons who wish to retire and live here, particularly from the United States of America, in order that the thresholds of income and savings would be reduced to a realistic level in view of the statement issued by him in autumn 2017 in relation to the matter.
