439. Deputy Éamon Ó Cuív asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine when a balancing payment under the GLAS scheme will be issued to a farmer (details supplied) in County Galway; the reason for the delay in issuing the payment; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [27371/18]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe required Commonage Management Plan for one commonage on the application has not yet been finalised and the case is therefore ineligible for further payments. Both the participant and their advisor have been advised of the requirement to finalise this plan immediately to ensure further payments and indeed participation in the scheme.
