Durkan asked the Minister for Employment Affairs and Social Protection the correct level of jobseeker's allowance payable in the case of a person (details supplied); if all eligible supports in this instance are being offered to the person; and if she will make a statement on the matter. Amharc ar fhreagraThe person concerned is currently in receipt of a One Parent Family Payment which will terminate on 10/10/18 as she no longer fulfils the eligibility criteria for this payment support.
The person concerned attended Edenderry Intreo Centre on 4/10/18 to submit an application for a Jobseeker's Allowance. A letter was issued on 8/10/18 confirming that a Jobseeker Allowance payment at the full single rate has been awarded.
