829. Deputy Fergus O'Dowd asked the Minister for Communications, Climate Action and Environment if a company (details supplied) has undertaken work within his Department's remit to build or renovate projects over the past ten years; if so, the project name and location; the year in which it was built; if building fire safety inspections have been carried out on the projects since construction; the details of same; and if he will make a statement on the matter. There has been no work undertaken by my Department directly with the company referred to in the Deputy’s question over the past ten years. In relation to the agencies operating under the aegis of my Department, the information sought is an operational matter for each agency. As such, I will request the relevant bodies to reply directly to the Deputy with the information requested in respect of their organisation.
