Deputy Róisín Shortall asked the Minister for Communications, Climate Action and Environment if a review will be instigated of policy on building new fossil fuel infrastructure, such as, a facility (details supplied) in the context of climate change; if a debate in Dáil Éireann will be facilitated on whether Ireland should allow fracked shale gas in the energy mix; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
