Deputy Sean Fleming asked the Minister for Health the number of information and communications technology contracts in place in the HSE that involve prepayments in respect of work to be carried out by a third party; the amount of prepayments made for works that have not been completed; the companies in respect of each of these cases; the duration of each of these contracts; the overall costs of each contract; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
