250. Deputy Charlie McConalogue asked the Minister for Employment Affairs and Social Protection when a decision will issue on an invalidity pension for a person (details supplied) in County Donegal; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [52322/18]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe gentleman referred to has been awarded invalidity pension with effect from 11 October 2018. Payment, including arrears due from 11 October 2018 to 12 December 2018 will issue to his nominated bank account on the 13 December 2018. The gentleman in question was notified of the decision on 05 December 2018.
I hope this clarifies the matter for the Deputy.
