507. Deputy Jim O'Callaghan asked the Minister for Children and Youth Affairs the amount of funding provided to centres (details supplied) in 2018 in tabular form; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [54026/18]
Amharc ar fhreagraTusla, the Child and Family Agency, has statutory responsibility for care and protection for victims of domestic, sexual or gender-based violence, whether in the context of the family or otherwise. Accordingly, Tusla has provided funding to rape crisis centres since its creation in 2014.
I have requested that Tusla respond directly to the Deputy on this matter.
