75. Deputy Caoimhghín Ó Caoláin asked the Minister for Education and Skills if an immigration levy is payable for non-EEA national students with children attending State schools; if so, the amount of same; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [9834/19]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe immigration regime which applies to non-EEA students seeking to have their children accompany them during their study period in Ireland is a matter for my colleague, the Minister for Justice and Equality. I can confirm that this Department does not administer an immigration levy for non-EEA students attending state schools.
