296. Deputy Bernard J. Durkan asked the Minister for Employment Affairs and Social Protection if the relevant forms for exceptional needs payment for the purpose of a funeral bill will be sent to a person (details supplied); and if she will make a statement on the matter. [11101/19]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe person concerned met with the Designated Officer and has been provided with immediate income support as appropriate to her circumstances. She was also advised of the application process for an exceptional needs payment in respect of funeral expenses and the relevant application forms were sent to her on 1/3/2019.
