Deputy Pearse Doherty asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine the boundary area under which his Department has and exercises jurisdiction at Killybegs harbour in County Donegal; the lands owned by his Department located in the town; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Amharc ar fhreagraKillybegs Fishery Harbour Centre, which is operated and maintained by my Department, was designated as a Fishery Harbour Centre (FHC) under Statutory Instrument No, 210 of 1969.
Its current boundary is defined in Statutory Instrument No. 235 of 1987 which includes a map showing the FHC area, a copy of which is at the link for the Deputy’s information.
