Deputy Clare Daly asked the Minister for Children and Youth Affairs further to Parliamentary Question No. 514 of 5 March 2019, if a copy of the minutes requested will be provided in view of the fact the investigation of matters pertaining to the midlands management review are no barrier to the minutes requested being provided. Amharc ar fhreagraThe Deputy will be aware that I have sought written clarification from Tusla in relation to a number of matters, including decisions taken by Tusla management, in relation to the midlands management review.
The Deputy will also be aware that a sub-committee of the Board of Tusla has advised me that the matters raised in relation to the review will be part of the investigation, which is currently underway.
