294. Deputy Robert Troy asked the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport the number of prosecutions initiated in respect of roadworthiness infringements against HGV operators in each of the years 2016 to 2018; the number of such prosecutions against out-of-State operators; the country of origin of each; the number of convictions secured; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
