147. Deputy Michael McGrath asked the Minister for Finance the weighted average interest rate on all new mortgages agreed, drawn from the retail interest rate statistics published by the Central Bank, for each quarter end since 1 January 2014, in tabular form (details supplied); and if he will make a statement on the matter. The Central Bank has provided the following data which is indicated (in tabular format) are the calculated weighted average interest rates for new house purchase agreements.
