Deputy Clare Daly asked the Minister for Health the reason there are only two permanent positions advertised through the national recruitment panel in March 2019; and if his attention has been drawn to the impact this is having on the inability of the HSE to develop appropriate talking therapies or psychotherapy, particularly in view of the growing demand for same.
