Deputy Timmy Dooley asked the Minister for Health the reason an application for a medical card was issued a closure letter despite the primary care reimbursement service, PCRS, confirming to this Deputy that supporting documentation as sought by the HSE had been received ten days prior to closure but remained unlogged and therefore not considered as part of the file in the case of a person (details supplied); and if he will make a statement on the matter.
