281. Deputy Éamon Ó Cuív asked the Minister for Education and Skills the progress made to date in considering a protected disclosure (details supplied); when it is likely that the consideration of this matter will be completed; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [22080/19]

The matters raised by the protected disclosure are still under consideration by my Department.

This process has not yet fully concluded.  

My Department will write to the Discloser when its consideration of the protected disclosure has been completed.
