Deputy Martin Heydon asked the Minister for Finance the fiscal monitor for excise duty receipts for April 2019, by category in tabular form; the increase or decrease of each category from April 2018 to April 2019, inclusive, in respect of same; and if he will make a statement on the matter. However, I am advised by Revenue that the following table sets out the net duty receipts in respect of commodities liable to Excise for the months of April 2018 and April 2019, together with the increase or decrease.
