Deputy Bobby Aylward asked the Minister for Health if there is due to be a reduced level of capacity at University Hospital Waterford during the last two weeks of July and the first two weeks of August 2019; if staff have been advised to take their holidays during this period as a result; if the capacity of the operating theatres will be affected; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
