922. Deputy Brendan Griffin asked the Minister for Employment Affairs and Social Protection when an application for an invalidity pension will be processed for a person (details supplied) in County Kerry; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [24062/19]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe lady referred to has been awarded invalidity pension with effect from 28 March 2019. She has an entitlement to state pension contributory (SPC) with effect from 20 April 2019. Payment of IP arrears due from 28 March 2019 to 19 April 2019 (less any overlapping social welfare payment) will issue to her nominated bank account as soon as possible. The lady in question was notified of this decision on 10 June 2019.
