143. Deputy Darragh O'Brien asked the Minister for Justice and Equality the reason a building which is owned by the Office of the State Pathologist at 239 Griffith Avenue, Dublin 9, is vacant; and if there are plans to bring this building back into use. [25699/19]
Amharc ar fhreagraMy Department does not own or lease this property and is not aware of any plans for its use. The majority of properties occupied by my Department are owned or leased on its behalf by the Office of Public Works (OPW), including the premises occupied by the Office of the State Pathologist, adjacent to the address referred to by the Deputy.
