Deputy Micheál Martin asked the Minister for Health if his attention has been drawn to the fact that an organisation (details supplied) was informed recently that there is no obligation from the HSE to contribute towards staff pension payments, that is, the 7% obligation through the pension scheme of an organisation; if this decision is finalised; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
