Deputy Fergus O'Dowd asked the Minister for Health if action has been taken against a hospital or hospital group for the numerous incidents in which personal data in the form of medical documents have been found in public, including the files found in Baltray, County Louth in November 2018; if the Data Protection Commissioner has made recommendations on same; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
