291. Deputy Róisín Shortall asked the Minister for Justice and Equality the projected increase in the gross capital expenditure ceiling applying to his Department in 2020 over 2019; and the projects this increase has been earmarked for. [37457/19]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe Mid Year Expenditure Report published by the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform in July, sets out the gross capital expenditure ceilings for the various Vote Groups. The Justice Vote Group which comprises six individual votes has a total capital expenditure ceiling of €265 million compared with €195 million in 2019 . The breakdown of the budgetary allocation across the votes will not be fully determined until the conclusion of the Estimates 2020 budgetary process later in the year.
