Deputy Niamh Smyth asked the Minister for Culture, Heritage and the Gaeltacht the number of days each of the national cultural institutions was closed to the public, or portions were closed to the public in 2018 and to date in 2019 due to health and safety concerns; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
