Deputy Jonathan O'Brien asked the Minister for Housing, Planning and Local Government the number of financial settlements reached by his Department and statutory bodies within his remit nationally; and the number which included confidentiality clauses in each of the past five years by organisation. In the past five years a financial settlement was reached in one case involving my Department.  That case included a confidentiality agreement.

Information in relation to financial settlements reached by agencies under the aegis of my Department is an operational matter for each agency.  Arrangements have been put in place by each agency to facilitate the provision of information by State Bodies directly to members of the Oireachtas.  The contact email address for each agency is in the table.
