An Act to revise the law on the registration, national character, mortgage, sale, transfer, ownership and measurement of Irish ships, to repeal the Mercantile Marine Act 1955, to amend certain enactments in this regard, to amend the definition of “Safety Convention” in the Merchant Shipping (Safety Convention) Act 1952 and to provide for connected matters.

To establish a new non-commercial State agency, Sport Ireland, merging the Irish Sports Council and the National Sports Campus Development Authority.

Harbours Act 2015

To allow for the transfer of shareholdings in certain port companies to local authorities, for the transfer of certain port companies to local authority control and for the dissolution of certain port companies, to amend and extend the Harbours Acts 1996 to 2015, to repeal the Harbours Acts 1946 and 1947 and to amend the Merchant Shipping Act 1992 and the Fishery Harbour Centres Act 1968 and to provide for connected matters.

Public Transport Act 2016

An Act to amend and extend the Dublin Transport Authority Act 2008, the Taxi Regulation Act 2013 and the Railway Safety Act 2005, section 66 of the Transport (Railway Infrastructure) Act 2001, to amend sections 27 and 27A of the State Airports Act 2004 and section 106 of the Road Traffic Act 1961, to give the force of law to the Protocol of 3 June 1999 for the Modification of the Convention concerning International Carriage by Rail (COTIF) of 9 May 1980 (Protocol 1999) and to change the name of the Railway Safety Commission.

National Tourism Development Authority (Amendment) Act 2016

To increase the total cumulative limit on monies that may be provided by the Oireachtas to Fáilte Ireland in relation to tourism capital expenditure – the limit raised from €150m to €300m under Section 24(2) of the NTDA Act 2003.

Aircraft Noise (Dublin Airport) Regulation Act 2019

Giving further effect to the Aircraft Noise Regulation in so far as it relates to Dublin Airport and to make additional provision for the regulation of aircraft noise at Dublin Airport; for those purposes, to amend the Planning and Development Act 2000 to cater for the situation where development at Dublin Airport may give rise to an aircraft noise problem; and to provide for related matters.
