542. Deputy Danny Healy-Rae asked the Minister for Children and Youth Affairs if she will address a matter regarding supervised visits (details supplied); and if she will make a statement on the matter. [50168/19]
Amharc ar fhreagraI wish to advise the Deputy that it would not be appropriate for me to comment on individual cases. I have referred the matter to Tusla, the Child and Family Agency and asked them to reply directly to the Deputy, outlining the policies and procedures used by Tusla in the situation as described.
