43. Deputy Thomas P. Broughan asked the Taoiseach and Minister for Defence the status of the skills for life employment support scheme; the overall budget; the number of participants to date; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [50743/19]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe Skills for Life Employment Support Scheme has completed six iterations to date. The approximate cost per iteration is €200,000. A total of 124 persons have commenced and completed the scheme to date, as outlined in the following table. The next iteration of the programme is currently scheduled to begin in Renmore Barracks, Galway on 15th June 2020.
