101. Deputy Catherine Connolly asked the Taoiseach and Minister for Defence the estimated full-year cost if the patrol duty allowance increased by 15% based on 2018 figures; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [51658/19]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe estimated full year cost of Patrol Duty Allowance based on a 15% increase of 2018 costs would be some €2.7m. This figure also takes into account the restoration, with effect from 4 July 2019, of the 10% reduction in the allowance in question (under the Haddington Road Agreement).
