Deputy Mattie McGrath asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade if Irish Aid has provided funding to organisations that promote and provide termination of pregnancy services; if so, the funding allocated to such organisations from 2018 to date; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The Government's policy for international development, A Better World, published last February continues Ireland’s longstanding focus on improving the health of women and girls, as part of Ireland’s contribution to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals.
