Deputy Claire Kerrane asked the Minister for Housing, Planning and Local Government the number of new builds in County Roscommon in each of the past five years; the number of new builds in Ballinasloe, County Galway; the number of residential properties taken under the control of the local authorities in both locations; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The most recent quarterly report sets out the position to the end of Quarter 3 of 2019. Details relating to delivery in Quarter 4 of 2019 will be published as soon as they are validated. Details relating to the number of new build social homes in Ballinasloe and the number of residential properties taken under the control of the local authorities in both locations, may be sought directly from Galway and Roscommon County Councils.
