Deputy Roderic O'Gorman asked the Minister for Health his plans to review the panel system regarding the recruitment of therapy staff such as physiotherapists and occupational therapists in view of the fact there are candidates on such panels for a number of years without being offered positions and subsequently the panels are disbanded and candidates have to apply again; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
