Deputy Paul Murphy asked the Minister for Education and Skills when his Department made its latest report to the Council of Europe on the implementation of the European Court of Human Rights judgment in a case (details supplied); and when the report will be uploaded to be accessible to the public. The State has been in ongoing contact with the Council of Europe and it is agreed that the next Action Plan will be filed on 8th September 2020.
