Deputy Michael McNamara asked the Minister for Health if a copy will be provided of the contractual obligations the new general practitioner in Newmarket-on-Fergus, County Clare, will have to adhere to pursuant to his or her appointment; the number of hours and days per week the general practitioner will have to provide a clinic in Carrigoran, County Clare; the arrangements he or she will have to have in place for the care of patients on a GMS list and times outside of general practitioner hours; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
