Deputy John McGuinness asked the Minister for Health the date on which a primary medical certificate was issued to a person (details supplied); the date on which they were notified of the decision; the number of times their case was reviewed; the outcome of each review; the dates on which they were notified of a change of decision regarding the certificate; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
