Deputy Ged Nash asked the Minister for Education and Skills if she will provide a list of agencies that will fall under the remit of both her Department and the newly established Department of Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science; and if she will make a statement on the matter. Amharc ar fhreagraThe eighteen non-commercial state agencies that were under the remit of the Department of Education and Skills, prior to the Taoiseach's announcement of 27th June 2020, continue to remain under the remit of my Department pending the development of the Transfer of Functions Order. The disposition of the bodies between my Department and the Department of Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science is being addressed in the context of the development of the Transfer of Functions Order.
The eighteen bodies are;
