223. Deputy Niamh Smyth asked the Minister for Transport if the case of a person (details supplied) will be reviewed; if the case will be referred to the NCT for review; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [21951/20]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe operation of the National Car Test (NCT) service is the statutory responsibility of the Road Safety Authority, and I have no role in individual cases. I have therefore referred the question to the Authority for direct reply.
