For the purposes of this Question, events are considered to be those that are directly funded and organised by the Department of Employment Affairs and Social Protection. In relation to the issue of funding remaining in place for 2021, the Deputy will be aware that the Department's funding is allocated on an annual basis and the 2021 budget allocation has not yet been made.
