Deputy Eoin Ó Broin asked the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage if the quarter 2 2020 social housing pipeline report will include the number of projects that will fall under the new one-stage approvals process; and the number of units that will be delivered by the fast-tracked projects. Amharc ar fhreagraThe revised ceiling on the Single-Stage Approval Process for local authority social housing Capital Construction Projects increased from €2m to €6m in September 2020.
Quarter 2 2020 covers the period to end June, therefore the increased ceiling for single stage construction projects was not applicable at that time and will not be detailed in the Construction Status Report.
Going forward this will be updated as new projects are added.
