Deputy Brendan Griffin asked the Minister for Environment, Climate and Communications further to Parliamentary Question No. 153 of 22 September 2020, if a decision has been made on the resumption of works on the homes of the persons over 70 years of age; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Amharc ar fhreagraI refer to the reply to Question No 153 of 22 September 2020. As indicated in the reply, SEAI have been reviewing how to ensure that the progression of works under the warmer homes scheme aligns with the recently published 'Plan for Living with Covid-19'. My officials have been informed by the SEAI that a communication to contractors in this regard is imminent.
